Meagan Day, MS, RDN, LD
Studies show that what you eat can help you to live a longer, healthier life. But knowing what you “should” at your specific stage of life can be overwhelming. Meagan is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, or RDN, and she can help you make sense of the constantly changing nutrition information out there. With a master’s degree in Medical Dietetics, Meagan will never recommend a fad diet or something that has no basis in science. She will work with you to develop a meal plan appropriate for you while still incorporating what you like to eat.
