Sophia Jones was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington. It was there where she developed her love for the outdoors, animals and sports. Sophia completed her undergraduate studies in Physiology at the University of Washington in Seattle. Prior to medical school, Sophia began exploring the world of Physical Therapy before she learned about the Osteopathic way of medicine and fell in love with the concept of treating the mind and body as a whole. While changing courses and completing her prerequisites for medical school, she worked as a server at a local restaurant as well as volunteered her time to her hometown’s Food Bank. Sophia prioritizes diet, exercise and stress management to impact her overall health. She is currently working towards her medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Northwest. Sophia is passionate about teaching others the importance of mental wellbeing and incorporating healing nutrients into their diets. In her free time, Sophia enjoys spending time with loved ones, snuggling animals, cooking, being outside, and practicing yoga.
